I have never been one to celebrate Valentine's Day. I was married long before it had begun being celebrated in Australia. Nevertheless I take the challenge to brighten up the blog world with the colours that I associate with the day and the sentiment behind it.
Red and White are a given, of course, with the stunning red rose 'Oklahoma' being the almost perfect Valentine's rose.
Beautiful roses, Bronwyn. Good to see them growing so well with all the rain. A bit different to the past years.
ReplyDeleteHi Bron, Great to see you playing one of Robyn's fun games. Beautiful roses.
ReplyDeleteYour roses are so pretty! I like the ruffle petals. I hope you have a Great Valentine's Day. Here in America it's pretty big. I hope to get a box of chocolates!
ReplyDeleteHi Bronwyn, Great to have you join us!! The roses are just stunning and the colour red is a winner with me. Kind regards, Anita.
ReplyDeleteHi Bronwyn, That red rose is a perfect shape. I looked at your profile and I couldn't get the "my web page" link to work. I have been enjoying colourful Friday today. Cheers, Val

Beautiful roses, they say LOVE....
ReplyDeleteYour roses are gorgeous....
ReplyDeleteYour roses are gorgeous. Love the cream ones.
ReplyDeleteI wish I knew the name of the cream rose it is utterly divine. It is a potted rose of my MIL and she has lost the label unfortunately. It has a slight perfume but it's the form, ruffled petals and creamy apricot colour I find irresistible. Oklahoma has a perfume to die for. So, so strong and heady even in bud, in sun, shade or rain. Amazing!,
ReplyDeleteAre those roses growing in your garden? How lucky you are, Gorgeous!
